Me & My Travels

Hi! Thanks for stopping by my blog!  I’m a student at UNC-CH and am off to travel the world for the next 5 months.  I’ll be in Seal Harbor, Maine working as a nanny for a family from Chapel Hill, then working on an organic farm/agritourismo in Castellana, Sicily, Italy, then traveling through Capri, Pompeii, Rome, Florence, Lucca, Pisa, Cinque Terres, Lake Como, and Venice, to ultimately end up in London to spend a semester abroad, studying and traveling throughout Europe. So far, I’ve traveled to France, Austria, Germany, the Czech Republic, England, and Wales! I can’t believe this is my life. Love & peace to you all. 🙂

“Adventure is a path. Real adventure- self-determined, self-motivated, often risky- forces you to have firsthand encounters with the world. The world the way it is, not the way you imagine it. Your body will collide with the earth and you will bear witness. In this way you will be compelled to grapple with the limitless kindness and bottomless cruelty of humankind- and perhaps realize that you yourself are capable of both. This will change you. Nothing will ever be black and white.” -Mark Jenkins
